Quantity

All of the counter boards are equipped with a black metal hook to hang the numbers. All of the number tiles will be sized to fit the board design. The turn around time per order is at minimum 2-3 weeks due to curing glue, sanding, and sealcoat materials for a quality finished product. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unaltered, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging where applicable.

Return Authorization
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the policies of your financial institution.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve the claim.
