Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unaltered, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging where applicable.

Return Authorization

Shipping Costs

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve the claim.
